sunday was alright. i got to go out for a bit, to the library and a café, and walked around. i wanted to stay out for longer, but i had such bad cramps that i had to go home and lie down for a good while. i think they've gotten worse this year-- i should get that checked out.
monday was uneventful. i stayed in and took care of the last writing class homework i had to do, so i'm finally free for the next week or so! the only school-related thing that i'm gonna focus on this week is getting my e-reader, and then i'll let my brain decompress. ugh. i'm so not ready to go back!
at least, in good news, i got a's in both classes~ :) i'm so proud. and coincidentally, my mom got pizza today! so it feels like i'm celebrating a bit.
today was productive. i did a lot of laundry, cleaned my room, and changed my bedstuffs. i feel fresh and awesome now. and, i did some jaejoong fanart. i'm pretty trash at digital art (well, art in gen. it's not my strong point), but i wanna keep practicing anyway, to see if there's a way i could actually improve somehow. so, here's the digital version with the analog versions (plus the other members). i think yunho and junsu also turned out okay, but changmin doesn't look like himself at all LOLZ. jaejoong's also off in the analog version, but better in the digital version. whatever. (also don't flip these images... these are def not symmetrical at all LOLZ)

in other news. i've been listening to a lot more indie these days. i stumbled across a band called the sea and cake, which are pretty good so far. they sort of remind me of the postal service, but with more rock. weirdly, listening to them also reminds me of late-90s and early-2000s business stock images. i know it doesn't make much sense, but yk how companies (tech companies mostly) would make these advertisements and commercials of people working in frutiger aero-ish environments? they usually talked about new tech and sustainability. i don't know why it comes to me when listening to them, but it is.

yesss, i know exactly what you're talking about! just the name "the sea and cake" sounds so refreshing and clean. frutiger aero, crisp air, and visions of the future kind of give off that same feeling. i definitely see where you're coming from.
i've been pretty okay, thank you! i've mainly just been going to school, keeping up with my assignments, and trying to stay cool.
