pretty boring day today. i stayed home, did some laundry, and...

did some picture editing!!! 

i returned to the dbsk gargoyles idea, but this time in game form. what if the gargoyle fic was a game, that came out with additional special versions for each member? and then in those member-specific special versions, a chapter would be added for them. maybe a backstory, side quests, or what they did in between the solar events / invasions (if they didn't get turned back to stone entirely). as you can see, this edit is of jaejoong. what do you think? i'm not sure if it's that accurate, but i'm happy with how it turned out.

and then on the tumblr post for it, i gave it a little marketing blurb: now with an added chapter: a hero's origins! follow the backstory of this enigmatic guardian! at least, that's how i think it would be marketed, since jaejoong was supposed to have a mysterious image. and his character probably would've been mysterious, too. but maybe he'd say some strange things if you were idle for long enough.

the game would probably follow the same structure as the fic i thought up of, but it could change protagonists at times to spice up the gameplay. maybe as they unlock, sort of like jet set radio. and maybe each member had a different moves, and you could learn their different abilities. so in a free play mode, you'd get to explore the world or replay levels to unlock everything. might be fun.

i have no game-making knowledge though, aside from visual novels, potentially. heck, you could even do that in html if you were dedicated enough. sort of like homesick and the fan adventures. there's even a template by eggramen for a cyoa game, which can essentially boil down to a visual novel.

ah, well. food for thought.
