i did some sewing yesterday, which was nice.
i wanted to get back into sewing little friends and creatures, as a sort of warm-up to sewing clothes later down the line. so i made a pattern for a little humanoid friend. originally i was planning on making them a zombie of some sort, but after i added the hair, i realized it sort of reminded me of 2006 jaejoong. so now he's a green jaejoong. then i cut out a little hoodie dress from an old sock, so now he's a fashionista. i'm planning on making him a little suit, though.
i was going to make a pattern for a hoodie today, but i got a good idea for a new profile header, so i worked on that instead. the dimensions were my no.1 enemy, i swear... but i think it turned out really nice. super adorable. lots of apples, sort of nostalgic and sweet. i haven't changed the playlist yet, but i'd add g.na and maybe iu. i know it's not the happiest movie, but. idk. i think those songs fit.
and in more regards to layouts, i've been thinking of converting some old ones i've got to friendproject. i guess that would mean the end of jinpudding, then, unless i do some archival there just in case.
but, yeah. i think i can really move on from spacehey now. onto the next chapter.
... july is already here, can you believe it? do you have any plans? i'm hanging out with one of my friends, then going to a kpop convention the week after. i hope i can get some cute keychains. and then classes, but i already mentioned that. i also have to revamp my wardrobe for the next school year!!! and all the back-to-school shopping means...............
STATIONERY SHOPPING!!!!!!!!!!! i love stationery shopping sm you guys, you have no idea. all the notebooks, and pencils, and little pencil cases and gadgets, UGH. when i was in elementary school, shopping for lunchboxes was the real deal, but now? admiring notebooks is where it's at for me.
ah, also. i made a forum post asking about umpcs to friendrewind, but someone pointed out that they're generally somewhat not well-made and the battery life is short. and then they suggested that i look at e-readers instead, so i've been researching that. i'm still a little off-put by how tablet-y it is, but like. that's the shape of a book. idk what's wrong with me, lolz. i think i'm too worried about the concept of snapping something shut like old devices.
i have a question for you guys. i've been wanting to expand my kdrama ost playlist a bit, do you have any suggestions? i have a lot in my "café" playlist, if you want to see what i already know.

i think it's time for me to move on from spacehey too, but i think i would feel a little sad bc like.. i really did love that place, once upon a time. but it doesn't look like it's getting fixed up anytime soon, so moving on is probably the best move.
my plans for july are to complete my summer classes, go swimming, and probably start working a job. i go back in early august, so i hope to enjoy the rest of my break to the best of my ability.
ALSO I LOVE STATIONERY!!! i love looking at all the nice pencils and pens and notebooks. i especially love watching videos of people reviewing pens, lol. i know you love college-ruled notebooks, but do you have a favorite type/brand of pencil or pen?
aww really? an umpc would've been such a cute gadget to carry around :/ but ig the e-readers are pretty nice too!! it's probably for the best to get somethings that's seemingly more durable.
i don't really know a whole lot of k-drama osts, so i did some searching! idk if it really counts, but step by step by ily:1 is a korean webtoon ost. (i didn't even know webtoom comics had osts!) and polly by the melody was one i really liked. your cafe playlist is so lovely~

i get that! it was fun while it lasted, and it’s amazing that it brought so many people to the world of web customization. sort of giving us a glimpse into what the old web was like. sucks that it had to go down in this particular way, though.

OMG YAYYYYY do u have particularly favorite items as well? i used to have a lucky little twin stars pen, that was the only one i used since all others would go dry so fast. and in terms of pencils, i’m a sucker for 0.7 mechanical pencils. 0.5 and 0.9 just don’t work the same for me.
ik… but the person also mentioned that those were old, so perhaps newer ones like the ones i’m looking at would be better. maybe i could pick one up as a little curiosity / hobby collecting thing, then test it out before i make any big decision on what to bring with me. take it to the library or something. i do like that e-readers are better for eyes, though. i look at screens way too much @_@

as i say every month, time is ticking by way too fast for my liking. next thing we know it, it'll be 2030 and everyone's suddenly a cyborg (jk). what an eventful start to the month tho! any plans on dressing up as jaejoong for the convention? >:D i don't have any crazy plans myself; just catching up on shows and hopefully writing some arashi-related blog posts on my personal site.

0.7 mechanical pencils are my favoriteee!! i like 0.5 too, and 0.9 is alright when i get the perfect hold on the pencil. i really loved using the bic velocity mechanical pencils, and especially bc of the eraser cap! however, i always wanted the papermate clearpoint mechanical pencils bc they were super popular and i thought they looked super cool.

i've seen that there are new models, which say to have a battery life of 7 hours. but even so, that's a bit short by today's standards. this laptop that i've kept for five or so years lasts for at least 11, so idk. (and right? but i guess since the web wasn't as ubiquitous back then when they were mainly popular, it wouldn't have been hard.)

wait the papermate ones.... i used to think those were the coolest!!!! the colors on them are so pretty. but idk if it was me being a messy teenager or what-- they were really fragile. or at least felt really fragile.
