went on a small shopping spree with my mom today.
first up: one of the kpop stores near me was hosting a sale over the weekend, so i went over there. i debated for a long time on what to get, but i ultimately ended up getting boynextdoor's 19.99 album, the sungho version specifically! i wouldn't call myself a onedoor (i seriously thought their fanbase name was gonna be neighbors, but no...) by any means, but i do like their music in general. and for some reason, i've really liked sungho in particular. even part of my cute boys pinterest board is for him.
with a purchase, you could get a free photocard as well... i didn't see any photocards for my ults that i was interested in, but i do listen to twice sometimes, so i got a jihyo photocard. i think if i was a once, either she or tzuyu would be my bias!
i also went to the korean market, since my mom wanted to get some fruits and we needed mirin. i got myself some keyboard stickers for the korean alphabet, which should help when i get back into korean class later in july. and a shower cap. i don't know why i added that in the photo. the pattern's super cute, though!
after that, my mom and i went to an outdoor mall. we wanted to get something at the japanese market (my conditioner is there...), but there were so many long lines, we decided not to go. we did check out a clothing store though, and i got a cute skirt since it was on sale. we ate some fries and ice cream, and then walked around a bit. i also got a new pair of shoes for school. they should be more comfortable to walk around campus in... don't get me wrong-- i love my converse, but they are not great walking shoes. my feet hurt all the time.
and yeah, that was my day.

fries and ice cream is such a yummy combo. i remember the first time i was introduced to it with mcdonald's fries and either the vanilla ice cream cone or a milkshake (can't remember...) but it was super good :D
i love a good pair of converse but i agree... they are NOT made for walking. i hope the new shoes are much much much more comfortable for you!!

YESSSS, it's the perfect iteration of sweet and salty. is vanilla ice cream ur fave flavor to have fries with, then? i think it is for me, but i'm also pretty partial to choco.
i just tried them today and they are mostly!!! but i get blisters on the back of my ankles ㅠㅠ i'll just have to wear tape over them or something, lolz.
i would say vanilla ice cream is my favorite to have with fries, but i haven't tried it with chocolate ice cream yet! hmm.. i'd definitely have to someday.
