today was the last day of my korean class. and honestly... i'm a bit sad now.
i mean, it was super stressful, and i was tired all the time. but i did genuinely enjoy it, my classmates were cool, the professor was really fun, and i definitely learned a lot. my korean has improved by a bunch for sure~ i think i'm going to continue studying the next level, but on my own since i won't be able to take the next level. then i'll see if i can test into the next-next level for spring semester. if not, then i'll at least have the books.
today, we watched everyone's video projects (mine was voted to be the favorite! yayyyy), and then played some games and said some nice messages. i wish i could show you guys my video, but then that would be a face and specific location reveal, and i'd rather not do that. it was really cute, though. i used a cyworld template and everything. if i ever make actual youtube videos, i think i'd use the same process. (iple video...? ufotown video...? would u guys be interested? genuine question.)
we (some classmates and i) might get food sometime later this month in celebration though, and even seonsaengmin might show up, so that'll be cool if it happens :) i hope it does! i haven't tried a lot of korean restaurants in my area yet.
still have yet to finish up the writing class, though. i have revisions to do over the weekend, a short recitation, and then i'll submit my final portfolio n be done.
dunno how else i should reward myself. should i get myself some good food now, and enjoy a meal with my classmates? a nice cool drink? a ttng album? i was saving up for a walkman, but i got myself the bag for school, so i can't get that rn. maybe in a couple of weeks.

speaking of friendrewind, though, i have some bad news. but i'll create a new post for it, so the tone is as serious as it should be.

imo, the most stressful classes always have the saddest last days. at least, it always seems to be the case for me. maybe it's bc you put so much work and effort into that class just for it to be over before you even realized it.

i hope you enjoy the outing with your classmates, and eat some yummy food. and of course, best of luck to you as you wrap up the writing class.
getting food sounds like a good plan.. but a nice drink or new album are also great. were you eventually able to decide? lol.

that's true!!! i still remember how class ended in 4th grade, which was supposedly with the most strict teacher in the entire school. i think she was my fave. i think u're on the nose!
