customer from beyond

i thought up of this q when i visited a bookstore today, and i had to get it down immediately!!! 

if you could operate a food truck that serves customers from across the entire galaxy, as a representation of earth's food, what would you serve? 

no pressure on being the only representative tho, of course. i'm sure many other humans would join you in the stars to serve awesome meals and share food around the universe~ but really! what would you choose?

i would HAVE to choose boba, no questions asked and without doubts. it's a versatile drink, with different types of teas, milks, fruits and flavors. and of course, you have the boba and other toppings, which are the most important / fun part of drinking boba! and it can be served hot or cold. i bet that as we go to ther planets as well, we could integrate their popular flavors and native plants / foods into new drinks. so aside from serving boba and spreading the awesomeness of boba around the galaxy, it would also be a way to learn about and add new flavor experiences into one's life...

but if i was hard-pressed to serve a food item rather than a drink, i would actually choose bibingka (or various types of kakanin in general) or pizza. i think that would be fun. what about you~?

anyway. the reason why this popped into my head is that while at the bookstore, i came across a comic book series i used to be interested in: galactic hot dogs. i don't exactly remember what happens in the series anymore, but i do remember intergalactic food trucks and a battle royale. and our main character served hot dogs, of course. i think chili dogs were really important in combat, but i don't remember how exactly. maybe i should reread it, lolz.
