thursday! pretty chill. got lots of napping in, did some work, did some creative things. i think i might be returning to quiz-making, but we'll see.
i really like the way astronomers name things.
the oh-my-god particle. no-hair theorem. nuclear pasta. axis of evil. wow! signal. if it didn't involve chem, i would want to study astronomy or astrophysics. i remember physics was fun; it was weirdly relaxing to learn about how things moved in the world. in particular, there's this post that always flashes in my mind whenever i think of it. something about how op asked their partner to summarize physics (the field they studied / worked in), and in the end, their partner said "everything sings." or something along those lines.it's rather romantic, hm hm~ everything sings, everything moves. and everything we've known about our existence is so coincidental.
if it didn't involve a bunch of chem and math classes that i don't foresee having space for, i would've wanted to study it more in college. oh well.
speaking of college. i looked back at my exam schedules again and dear cod. i have three exams (one coming in about a month) that end at 10pm. there's absolutely nigh-zero chance i'm gonna be able to stay out that late, or have a reliable way to get home. and i don't have friends. i'm actually going to lose my mind ㅠㅠ what am i gonna DOOOOOOOOOO
fingers crossed that when i get back into the english major works again, i will have essays for finals and not have to worry about stuff like this as much....................... can you tell i love commuting? (speaking of that. if a particular law / proposal doesn't pass sometime this year, the transit i rely on to get to / from school is gonna cut like. half of their lines. and they're gonna end service at 9................. AGONYYYYYY)

HAIII EUGENEEE!! :DD that does sound pretty chill. a return to quiz-making sounds exciting!! i'm keeping my fingers crossed for that. also HARD AGREE on the astronomer names!! they're so unserious i love it. and you're so right, "everything sings" is incredibly romantic. it makes the whole cosmic coincidence of it all feel kinda beautiful and musical (speaking of signals... alexa, play signal by kat-tun!!!!!!)

nuclear pasta.. that sounds like it would be an amazing dish. i would eat that. i agree tho, astronomy is really interesting.. the concept of space is a little anxiety-inducing but i love to learn about it, even if i can't wrap my head around it.
WHAT. 10pm??? that's actually insane, why would they schedule it like that? i'm so sorry eugene, i'd be ur transport if i could :c maybe the professor or whoever could make some adjustments for u to take the exam earlier or something? i am sure that things will work out, somehow. wishing u the absolute best!!!
HI KOIIIIIII :33333 n yes!!! out of all types of scientists i've come across so far, astronomers and geologists are some of the most chill / silly i've come across yet. really respect them for that, lolz, they're just having fun studying rocks in different ways. (what's going on~?)
RIGHT????? HOW ARE YOU GONNA SCHEDULE AN EXAM THAT LATEEEEE, usually they align with class times, and literally no class in the entire catalog ends at 10! i get that it's the assumption students live on / near campus but AAAAAAAAAAA
i don't think i can petition the school, though-- they only allow for exam reschedules / makeups if you have another class conflict <////3 agh. i would force myself to stay up until 5 and then go home super early if i could, but even then, where would i stay in the meantime ㅠㅠ

wait u're so right IT WOULD BE AMAZING!!!!!!! pasta with sauce with galaxy colors / patterns on it... ok that sorta just sounds like the rainbow / galaxy trend all over again but IT WOULD BE MORE DELICIOUS THAN THAT trust... and yeah. it's really interesting how vast this universe really is. even more fascinating learning abt how people just. recorded the way it moves, and just. figured things out.
I KNOWWWWWW, i remember feeling weird because everyone talked about having them like they were normal but IT'S 10PM???????? TWO HOURS TO MIDNIGHT?????? i would prefer having an exam on THE WEEKEND over it, but what can i do.
