the snake guy

i guess i'm just destined to be a montgomery. 

what i'm trying to say is: if i had a nickel for every time i took a character quiz and got a result with the name of montgomery, i would have two nickels. what a coincidence. it's... a pretty nice name, actually. and has a cute nickname: monty. huh. i dunno. i still like eugene, though. maybe i'll use it as a pseudonym one day. besides, i don't really look like a monty... i think...? eh. we'll see.

anyway.

stayed home today as planned, because of how exhausting this week has been so far. i'll see if i can try and make tomorrow, but i'm dreading the time i'll have to wake up. and nothing's really going on on monday. at least, nothing i have to wake up super early for. 

i had pasta three times in a row, with nothing else aside from some grapes and strawberries. i made my own tomato sauce, which turned out delicious. but only one serving... maybe i should've made more, to eat it for longer... and as for activities, i mostly played video games and browsed the web. 

i'm putting together a new layout for my yabuki hayato fansite, but i'm not keeping it as that. i haven't updated it in literal months, i think it's time to raze it down to the ground and change it up. so stay tuned for that, if you'd like. not to mention, the template i got was a pain to customize. way more advanced than i was used to at the time, it's so bad... well, it's time for something new.

i just thought. i find it sort of strange how that, since school starts on a wednesday, i'm only going to wednesday classes. i'm just used to going to all classes on the first day to get a feel, but of course, things are different now.

i don't think i'm ready to start the school year. i know a lot of people will just say it's nerves or me being stubborn / disliking of change, but i'm genuinely concerned about burning myself out.
