lovely day today! 

i went on a field trip today to a super cool museum, with lots of beautiful art and some cars. i took the most pictures today than i have in my entire life, i think. then my group and i ate some japanese food and walked around the mall / plaza it was in. there were also lots of ducks, and geese, and coots, and birdies of all kinds...  the drive there was also scenic in some parts, with a forest that ran around a creek in the hills. and my group was super nice, and we talked with each other fairly well-- it wasn't awkward, is what i'm meaning to say. and the weather was perfect! nice and cloudy. it began to rain on the way back, and i listened to kat-tun while staring at the passing views. i also did so on the way there-- main character moment, hehe.

all in all, it was a nice reprieve from all my senior school stresses. 

in other news, a tomodachi life game for switch was announced today, hopefully to be released in 2026. i'm so excited~~~!!! i've been wanting this for years, and it looks absolutely amazing so far. i wonder what cool things nintendo will add~ (though, i'm seriously hoping there's not a lot of dlc because that'll diminish any love i have for it-- dlcs are such a problem in my eyes.)

there's also a new story of seasons coming out, which i haven't watched the trailer for yet... and i've also been meaning to pick up a different rpg (that's already released) for a while... so it's time to commence some game research!

i'm going to make tomato sauce later tonight, and give some to my friend to celebrate spring break... i can't wait to catch up on all my precious sleep...

i do have some work to catch up on, but honestly it's all pretty easy, so i'm set. i actually feel relaxed for once!
