happy happy happy~ my mom picked up some lumpia for me from a festival going on today!!! i'm so happy~ 

alongside that, i made more tomato sauce today. there were a lot of unripe tomatoes in the fridge that like. never ripened? they've been pale for weeks, so i realized i'd have to make sauce out of them instead. because i don't like to eat unripe tomatoes raw... so now i have lots of pasta sauce for the week ahead.

and! this time i didn't oversalt the water~ i'm the best chef ever!!! >:0 (lolz jk of course)

aside from that, i did lots of writing today and watched some baking / cooking shows. i'm not sure if i mentioned this before, but i started watching serial experiments lain some time ago. i might continue watching it later today, but. i dunno, just wanted to point it out. i've been interested in the concept for a long time, and this is really my first psychological anime, so it's an interesting (but fun) experience! and there's a lot to think about / consider. fun fun fun. i might bring it up in my philosophy class at some point.

isn't that strange? i'm sort of enjoying philosophy, as compared to the first few days / weeks. it often tires me out and i end up almost falling asleep a lot, but i like learning about all the different ways people think about life and the mind. usually i hate it, because they always sound so... egotistical? so arrogant and rich. and i hate it. if you want to figure out the meaning of life then go and live it! but at the end of the day, thinking is thinking, i guess...

i've also been wanting to do some drawing for my latest story idea. i've been wanting to do drawing in general, but haven't figured out what do draw until now. well.

oh also! a new drama is coming out, with akanishi... and it's about chocolate too!!! i'm so tuned in n excited.
